The challenge
FinSolve's legacy dashboard buried key actions behind a 14-step onboarding flow. 62% of new users dropped off before making their first transfer, and support was drowning in 'where is this button?' tickets.
What we did
We ran discovery with 40+ users, rebuilt the information architecture, and shipped a design system with a Next.js front end. Onboarding dropped to 4 steps, and the interface scored 96/100 on WCAG accessibility.
