The challenge
Lumière's WordPress store took 7+ seconds to load and 74% of mobile visitors bounced. Every flash sale crashed the server, and abandoned carts were piling up.
What we did
We migrated to a headless Shopify + Next.js stack, added personalized product recommendations and one-click checkout, and hardened the pages for Core Web Vitals. Load time fell to 1.2s and mobile revenue doubled.
